Finance Group Financial Performance R&D Finance
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the R&D Finance team, which is part of Group Financial Performance. By leveraging sound financial expertise, effective stakeholder management, and business understanding, we serve as strategic Finance Partners to R&D, which is responsible for developing breakthrough products and technologies. Finance Group Financial Performance R&D Finance
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the R&D Finance team, which is part of Group Financial Performance. By leveraging sound financial expertise, effective stakeholder management, and business understanding, we serve as strategic Finance Partners to R&D, which is responsible for developing breakthrough products and technologies. We value effective communication, the ability to build relationships, initiative, enthusiasm, and competence, and we aim to operate towards the cultural values of Accountability, Collaboration, Passion and Simplicity.
Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner for the product platform
- Be in control of the actuals and project budget and understand key developments between actuals and targets
- Drive the Product Business Case development across value chain
- Act as a strategic partner towards Project Managers and platform leadership
- Support project governance, including the implementation of new processes (PCR)
- Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on financial actions from Program Board and Product Ownership meetings
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or Controlling
- Experience with project governance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP, BI tools as PowerBI, or other ERP systems
- Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel
Competencies
- Proactive and motivated, with a focus on achieving business goals
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Integrity and professionalism
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
