About the department
The job is located in Novo Nordisk Health and Safety (NN H&S) which is a global staff function and a part of Product Supply People & Organisation (P&O) located in Bagsværd. NN H&S is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of global health and safety with 27 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, ergonomics, technical working environment and health promotion. Our role is to safeguard the employee health and well-being throughout the global organisation, enabling line of business to realise Novo Nordisk’s ambitions by providing easy to use guidance, tools and data.
The position
We offer a challenging position as H&S Business Analyst with the responsibilities of Business Intelligence/analytics where you will be responsible for annual reporting processes and coherent external audit, as well as ad hoc data analytics to support the global HS agenda. Accident administration process responsible where you will assume responsibility for the global accident administration process and liase with insurance company and Danish authorities. Also you will support the admin team in ad hoc tasks and ensure high quality deliverables. Your understanding of GDPR rules and compliance will be valuable in securing smart ways of working in the future.
H&S consulting: based on your experience and knowledge you will support the global organisation on safety and health issues in accordance with the global strategy.
In addition, you will support with training and teaching of various H&S courses of Managers and H&S Representatives, and you will develop easy to use guidance and materials. Your expert Excel skills will allow you to develop tools to support colleagues and daily operation. You will work closely with colleagues across the two departments in Health & Safety, and your winning personality will enable you to interact with stakeholders across the organisation at many levels.
Qualifications
You have a relevant background in business, analytics, reporting, Health & Safety or the like combined with 5-7 years of experience from a global company. You understand the challenge of developing and implementing cross-organisational and cross-cultural initiatives in a global company.
You have solid project management skills and understanding of LEAN principles. Your experiences allow you to turn complex matters into simple solutions. As a person you are result-oriented and structured and your commitment is catching. You have a high level of drive, initiative, empathy and persistence and work well in a dynamic environment.
English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. You work comfortably in MS Office (expert in Excel). It is also important that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and good humour. Finally, you are able to document your business accomplishments through solid management references.
