SDC is a full-service IT provider for approximately 120 financial institutions in the Nordic region, and a SWIFT service bureau to 8 of them. We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team. You will get to influence an organisation undergoing changes, and with your solid business knowledge and analytical skills, you will play a key role in keeping a high level of maturity on our Swift platform in Foreign Payments.
You will become part of a highly skilled team that manages systems within the Foreign Payment area in general. Our major project right now is the change of main funds transfer system to Tieto Payment Suite Engine, and subsequent system clean up. Our work environment is characterised by openness, commitment, delegated responsibility and team work. Assist in the continued maturation of our Swift Compliance
As Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will involve keeping track on business requirements in relation to regulatory changes, standard releases and business opportunities. You will be given the responsibility for self-attestation, Swift audit and ongoing activities in Shared Infrastructure Programme. In addition, there will be opportunities to work with business analysis on multiple systems in the team which adds to the already diversified work tasks.
Compliance officer with Business Analyst experience
As a person, you possess strong communication and cooperation skills, and you have an analytical mindset. You are a team player who is proactive, takes responsibility and you like a challenging workday that is often unpredictable. You are service-minded towards both clients and colleagues.

Compliance officer with Business Analyst experience
- You have experience from the banking industry or financial IT and have knowledge of business processes in funds transfer and international payments
- You have knowledge as well as work experience with SWIFT and preferably certification as onboarding specialist
- Interest in and knowledge about relevant regulation.
- Knowledge of Tietos product, TPS Engine, Proswitch, Promatch etc. would be great.
