Right now, you have a unique possibility to join our finance department and take great part in expanding our treasury processes as we consolidate these into a dedicated function headed by you as Senior Treasury Manager.
You will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup where you will report to the Vice President, Corporate Finance & Accounting. As it is a new position, your input will be expected on how this role will be formed.
Managing our treasury policy
Your primary area of responsibility will be to govern our treasury policy.
Overview of responsibilities:
We plan to add more responsibilities to the Treasury function in the future.
Solid experience within the field of corporate treasury
We expect that you have 5+ years of experience from a similar role in a global company. Experience with FX-trading is a plus. An all-round background in different financial positions is a good asset to be successful in Ambu.
Professional competencies:
The ideal candidate finds motivation in designing processes and systematically tracks our progress and risk positions within the Treasury function.
Personal skills:
To succeed in this job, it is important that you collaborate with your colleagues and build a good and trustful relationship with your stakeholders globally. You are eager to learn new things and can adapt to new ways of working quickly, as we continuously mature our finance processes. This means that you should be curious, ask questions and suggest solutions.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Consequently, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English. It is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English. Travel activities will be limited.

Managing our treasury policy
Your primary area of responsibility will be to govern our treasury policy.
Overview of responsibilities:
- Manage debt structures and debt instruments
- Treasury / cash management, incl. managing of banking relationship
- Develop and operate our FX-exposure model incl. OTC trading
- Oversee that the Treasury policy is in all times compliant
- Monthly reporting on various risk positions and hedging performance
- Drive improvement and standardisation in banking and treasury setup in Parent company and subsidiaries
- Identify and drive projects within the field of working capital

Solid experience within the field of corporate treasury

- Knows the treasury toolbox incl. systems and business processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Thoroughly experience within capital structures and obtaining banking financing – and other debt instruments
- Have worked with risks and optimization projects within the financial risk area

- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Sees the greater picture and can manage several projects at a time
