In the Security, Risk & Compliance team you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
In Global IT we work in an agile setting and collaborate across many different business units. As an IT Compliance Manager you will be working with maintaining and developing our Quality Management System among others by following, adopting, recommending, developing and promoting standards and policies. Furthermore, you will act as a compliance subject matter expert in selected business areas providing guidance and acting as a compliance gate keeper for key deliverables. You will also participate in coordinating inspections and follow-up activities on a regular basis. Your role will vary from being detail oriented to ensuring alignment with key stakeholders in among others IT QA and the business functions.

You thrive working with defined processes in a regulated environment. You are pragmatic, systematic and have a result driven approach. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a high level of integrity. You are able to stay calm and objective under pressure e.g. during inspections.

It is a dynamic and experienced team where you have a high degree of independence and can influence how compliance is developed over time and across the company. The job

Your qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience with inspections from the medical authorities and computer system validation in a global setting within the Pharma industry
- Relevant certifications (GAMP, Data integrity, SAFe, Risk Management)
- Fully proficient in both written and spoken English
