Right now, you have a unique possibility to join our Global Finance department and lead our treasury agenda as we continue to oversee financial risks while mature our treasury framework.
You will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup where you will report to the Vice President, Global Finance & Accounting. You will work closely together with finance professionals across different geographies, our financial shared service center and management.
As Global Treasury Manager your responsibilities will include:
Key competences
To succeed in this position, you most likely have 3+ years of experience within the field of corporate treasury. In addition, it is considered a plus if you have experience with FX-trading and knowledge about IFRS requirements for hedge accounting as we are planning to hedge currency exposure in the coming 1-2 years. An all-round background in different financial positions will further strengthen you profile and help you become successful in Ambu.
You probably have thorough experience within capital structures and obtaining banking financing – and other debt instruments, and you have worked with risks and optimization projects within the field of corporate treasury.
The ideal candidate finds motivation in designing processes and systematically tracks our progress and risk positions within the Treasury function and has advanced Excel skills as well as a treasury toolbox incl. a solid understanding of systems and business processes. You have good interpersonal skills, and you communicate complicated information in a simple way. In a systematic way you manage several projects at a time and when needed you will put in an extra effort to meet critical deadlines.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you collaborate with your colleagues and build a good and trustful relationship with your stakeholders globally. You are eager to learn new things and can adapt to new ways of working quickly, as we continuously mature our finance processes. This means that you should be curious, ask questions and suggest solutions.

As Global Treasury Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Manage debt structures and debt instruments for the Company and subsidiaries
- Cash management, incl. managing of banking relationship
- Free cash flow and net interest-bearing debt forecasting
- Oversee and document adherence to the Treasury policy
- Monthly reporting on various financials, risk positions and hedging performance
- Drive improvement and standardisation in banking and global treasury setup
- Identify and drive working capital projects
- Share-based payments: Budgeting and reporting financial performance together with Global HR
