Job Description



As a student worker you will work closely with different stakeholders, contribute to the creation of impactful reports and data analysis, and help users make the most of PowerBI's capabilities. You are expected to work 15-20 hours pr. week with flexibility during exam periods.

You report to the Executive Assistant for our General Manager in the Europe North region. You will be located in our office in Denmark but will be part of an international environment and work with stakeholders from the seven country units that are part of our Europe North region.

Primary Tasks:

  • Creating and designing visually appealing and interactive dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Conducting data analysis and comparisons to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Updating and maintaining existing reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into effective visualizations.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training materials and resources for PowerBI users.

What will you learn?

This student worker position will provide you with hands-on experience in PowerBI, data analysis, and user training. You will have the chance to work with stakeholders from different countries and gain experience in how to interpret and generate useful dashboards and data analysis.

Qualifications



Professional

  • Education: You are studying a relevant master’s degree and have 1-2 years left.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI: You have a basic understanding of PowerBI
  • Data Analysis: You enjoy analyzing data and have a basic understanding of how to interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Dashboard Creation: You are skilled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Business Acumen: You have a basic understanding of the business context and market dynamics to create relevant reports.
  • Language: Professional oral and written English skills.

Personal

  • You have an eye for details, and you take pride in ensuring data accuracy and identifying possible inconsistencies.
  • You have strong communication skills and can present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • You have interpersonal skills and enjoy collaboration with different stakeholders.
  • You can work independently and take initiative in completing tasks and solving problems.
