Business Analyst for part time student job
We are looking for a student to join AASTED in helping us identify new customers on a global scale, qualify them and provide our sales managers with high quality lead generation reports.

About the position
As a Business Analyst you will help identifying new customers and prepare quality lead generation reports for our sales managers.
You will be making data accessible and appealing for everyone in our commercial organization including international offices, while ensuring engagement and that it is properly used for achieving our commercial targets. It is a role at the heart of our commercial strategy and vital for our growth.
You will refer to our Head of Commercial Operations.

As a Business Analyst you will help identifying new customers and prepare quality lead generation reports for our sales managers.

You will refer to our Head of Commercial Operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Work in close collaboration with our business intelligence and sales managers to consolidate internally and externally sourced data, identify key trends in global markets and compose illustrative presentations
- A dedicated focus on delivering lead generation reports to sales managers, global network of agencies and international offices in USA and Turkey
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure that data reports secure engagement and monitor progress
- Monthly interactions with management on performance and progress while being expected to be proactive in improving processes
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent understanding of key business principles combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
We expect that you
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives working in a global B2B market
- Enjoy working and collaborating cross functionally across the company
- Embrace an open and honest communication style, challenge ideas and demonstrate a collaborative working style
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, to communicate in the Danish language is an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrate high integrity and “go-do” attitude to develop relationships in our commercial team
- Experience in extracting internal and external data and compose actionable reports
We anticipate you
- Study at CBS in your first year of your Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Sales or Marketing - or other quantitative business disciplines.
- Are IT literate and have strong MS skills, especially Excel or PowerBI
- At least one year of working experience within commercial or planning roles.
