The Positions
We are very excited to announce two new job openings in our growing Global Quality team, QA Officer – Raw Materials and Compliance Officer. The timing could not be better to join our growing department – we offer a unique opportunity to impact the business immediately by contributing to our highly prioritized global quality agenda. Both newly established positions will be locally centred, operating out of our HQ in Frederikssund.
Our organisation is proudly providing consumers with 3.5 billion servings of high-quality fruit-based soft drinks a year. The Quality Assurance organisation works tirelessly to ensure all manufacturing processes meet the high CO-RO standard in each production – ensuring consumers around the world continue to receive the best products, which they have known CO-RO for during the last +75 years.
As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for compliance against the global quality standard. You will enjoy ownership of the NCR platform, driving the maintenance of the system and executing on associated NCR tasks. You will manage the non-HACCP risk assessment process – and ensure all CAPA’s are in place and verified as completed.
Most importantly, you will constitute a cornerstone in the short- and long-term quality strategy, underpinning the commercial ambitions of the company. You will enjoy a broad stakeholder interaction, collaborating with key stakeholders in manufacturing and across the business.
As QA Officer – Raw Materials, you will oversee and coordinate quality assurance of all incoming ingredients of raw material as well as packaging processes. You will conduct hygiene and GMP audits to maintain quality standards within HACCP.
You will enjoy a close cooperation with the procurement function, making sure site suppliers follow the valid approval process. In continuation hereof, you will maintain documentation from suppliers cf. GFSI certification and test results relative to Food Fraud and associated risk assessments.
As in the scenario with the vacant Compliance Manager role, this is a pivotal position for our organisation, and you will be provided with exposure and impact from the very beginning of your employment.
The Profiles
Evident for both roles, we are looking for candidates possessing valuable experience from the food & beverage industry. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes are essential.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in food safety and quality systems – applicable experience and qualifications within HAACP will prove highly advantageous in our selection for the roles. Additionally, we are prioritising candidates with knowledge of GFSI, specifically 22000, BRC, 9001 – as well as auditing experience.
Fluency in written plus spoken Danish and English are a prerequisite. We expect a minimum of five years of relevant experience for both vacancies. As an educational basis, a technical oriented degree on minimum bachelor level is preferred.
Structure, sturdiness, strong communication skills and overall QA-enthusiasm are essential personal traits to become a new team member of our harmonious and dedicated department.
Qualifications within microbiology will serve valuable in our selection for the Compliance Manager role.
Specific experience for the QA Officer – Raw Materials position include comprehensive knowledge of primary and secondary packaging types.
