Treasury specialist striving for continuous improvement
STG Treasury is setting out on a journey of building a best-in-class in-house treasury function and stepping up as a trusted key business partner for the rest of the global STG organization. You will be exposed to all aspects of the Treasury area through involvement in various Group Treasury tasks and projects. You will be responsible for your own tasks and projects and will be given the opportunity to influence and participate in the treasury department's future development.

STG Treasury is a small team consisting of 3 people. The work environment is characterized by a high degree of sparing and knowledge sharing with other team members as well as interaction with the rest of Group Finance and other internal and external stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Treasury.

You will be responsible for your own tasks and projects and will be given the opportunity to influence and participate in the treasury department's future development.
Key responsibilities
- Financial risk management: Overview, risk mitigation and FX trading and IR products
- Cash management: Further development of current infrastructure (cash pools and inhouse bank) to ensure a first class management of STG’s liquidity
- Treasury process automisation: Treasury reporting, implementation of treasury management system and payment processes
- Project manager on own treasury projects, such as currency risk management, cash flow forecasting, insurance optimisation etc.
- Group Insurance support
- Strategic business partnering to the group on financial risk management.
The ideal candidate
- Relevant educational background within business, finance or economics
- Is newly graduated or has 1-3 years’ experience from a similar group treasury function or a bank
- Has strong IT-skills and enjoy working with IT related tasks
- Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Is a team player who thrives at working with a variety of tasks ranging from daily operations to developments and projects.
