Treasury specialist striving for continuous improvement
STG Treasury is setting out on a journey of building a best-in-class in-house treasury function and stepping up as a trusted key business partner for the rest of the STG organization. You will be involved in various Group Treasury tasks and projects. You will be responsible for your own tasks and will be given the opportunity to influence and participate in the department's future development.

STG Treasury is part of the Tax, Treasury & M&A team. Treasury is a small, well-functioning team consisting of 3 people. The work environment is characterized by a high degree of sparing and knowledge sharing with other team members as well as interaction with the rest of Group Finance. You will report to Head of Treasury.

Treasury specialist striving for continuous improvement

You will be involved in various Group Treasury tasks and projects. You will be responsible for your own tasks and will be given the opportunity to influence and participate in the department's future development.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop models to produce state-of-the-art reports, analysis, and simulations in relation to hedging, financial cash flows, financing/refinancing, FX and interest rate risk
- Define and implement treasury policies and guidelines throughout the entire organization
- Optimization of overall treasury processes - participate in treasury projects and other cross-functional projects
- Manage project finance, bank guarantee facilities, intercompany funding (Tax) and loan management
- Cash management: ensuring an efficient and compliant setup as well as a first class management of STG liquidity (Cash pools and inhouse bank)
- Business partnering: One point entry and strategic partner for the STG group on Currency Risk, Cash Management and Treasury systems and process
- Build and maintain close relationship with internal and external stakeholders (banks) – at all levels of the organization - throughout the business
- Prepare analysis, proposals, and management presentations
The ideal candidate
- Relevant Master degree within business, finance or economics.
- Is Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Has experience from a similar group treasury function or a bank (2-5 years). Preferably in a international/global listed company.
- Has experience with Financial Risk Management and financial reporting
- Is experienced in driving projects and processes across an organization
- Is skilled in communicating complex matters at all levels of the organization
- Is a team player who can operate outside the silos and strives working with variety of tasks
