STG Treasury is setting out on a journey of building a best-in-class in-house treasury function and stepping up as a trusted key business partner for the rest of the STG organization and we are looking for a Treasury Analyst to help us on this journey.
Our work environment is characterized by a high degree of sparing and knowledge sharing with other team members as well as interaction with the rest of Group Finance. You will report to the Group Treasury Manager, and you’ll be based in Copenhagen.

What can you expect in as a Treasury Analyst:
You will be involved in various Group Treasury tasks and projects. You will be responsible for your own tasks and will be given the opportunity to influence and participate in the department's future development.
- Cash management: ensuring an efficient and compliant setup of STG liquidity (Cash pools and inhouse bank)
- Currency risk management: managing internal FX risk, risk mitigation and trading off FX risks through spot / swaps
- Liquidity management; ensure sufficient funding to support Scandinavian Tobacco Groups’ working capital
- Optimization of overall treasury processes; participate in treasury and other cross-functional projects
- Business partnering: One point contact and strategic partner for the STG group on Cash Management, Currency risk and Treasury systems and process
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- Relevant educational background within business, finance or economics.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good hand-on experience with Excel with a flair to understand IT systems
- Experience from a similar group treasury function or a bank (1-5 years)
- Team player who can operate outside the silos and strives working with variety of tasks ranging from daily operations to developments and projects
