The Software Asset Management team
With this position, you will be joining the exciting Software Asset Management team within DSV Global IT. We are based in our international headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, and you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and exposure through an array of tasks and responsibilities.
The team is part of IT Asset Management and IT Master Data department with 25 great teammates located in both Denmark and Poland. Within the Software Asset Management team, we handle all Software contracts budget and spend, Software compliance and Consulting services requests within DSV Global IT.
You will have the freedom and possibility to apply your academic knowledge to commercial practice and make your impact to shape the future process and service delivery.
In other words, you will have no shortage of exciting and enriching activities to help you expand your skillset and learn a lot in a short time.
What You Will Be Doing
As a student assistant within Software Asset Management, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks which are mainly driven by the constant acquisitions we do:

What You Will Be Doing
As a student assistant within Software Asset Management, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks which are mainly driven by the constant acquisitions we do:
- Creation, maintenance and improvement of vendor master data in our database
- Controlling, reporting, and dispatching invoices throughout Global IT
- Assist with software reporting on cost, level of control etc.
- Support with IT Asset registration and approvals
- Other ad hoc tasks

To be successful and get the most out of your role as a student assistant within IT consulting service sourcing team, we imagine you exhibit some of the following traits and skills
- You are currently studying a bachelors or masters degree, but academic background is not of high importance, A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are more critical.
- You are self-driven, analytical and result-oriented with an open and willing to learn mind-set.
- You are service-minded, with strong communication skills and take pride in providing a good service to both stakeholders and to the colleagues.
- Structured, organized and process-oriented with an eye for optimization. Are friendly and outgoing, with a can-do and service minded attitude.
- You are well versed with the Microsoft Office 365 package.
- Are naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
- You speak and write English fluently.
The following skills would be helpful, but are by no means a requirement:
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Can understand Danish.
