Your new role
As VP of Global Finance, you are responsible for DHIs global finance and accounting functions, including statutory reporting, global treasury & Tax.

Objectives
- Secure accurate and timely finance reporting including project reporting
- Establish Treasury & Tax function including cash management, FX and funding
- Optimize finance processes and drive efficiency
Key performance metrics
- Meeting Monthly closing deadlines, optimize cash flow and secure accurate reporting
Key responsibilities:
Finance reporting
- Monthly closing including project accounting
- Responsible for global accounting principles in accordance with IFRS
- Responsible for Annual Financial Statement for the DHI Group
- Responsible for GTS reporting to Danish Innovation ministry and GTS community
- Responsible for local statutory reporting in close collaboration with local country managers and finance teams
Treasury including FX management
- Establish treasury function including cash management and cash flow forecasting
- Establish FX Exposure reporting and hedging policies
- Global tax policies inclusive Transfer Pricing
- Investment of excess funds
- External funding
Optimize finance process and efficiency
- Optimize and digitalize global finance processes
- Consolidate finance processes in Shared Service Center (CZ)
People: Enable and lead your teams
- Lead a global team of ~44 employees
- Act as a role model with focus on accuracy, timely reporting and support to key stakeholders
- Overall responsible for hire and fire of personnel
- Ensure the capabilities and talents needed to implement the strategy
- Enable people to develop and excel, incl. talent and career progression
- Assign clear goals for your teams, performance and behavior
Professional qualifications
- Strong finance background from larger corporation or auditing
- Strong experience from financial consolidation including IFRS
- Strong experience from Project Accounting
- Experience from Treasury and international tax / Transfer pricing
- Experience with Deltek / Maconomy an advantage
Personal qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience from international corporation
- Proficient in English
