BoConcept is looking for a Financial Planning Specialist / FP&A who - among other things - will be responsible for all our financial planning, meaning our rolling FC, budget and monthly follow up on OPEX performance and CAPEX spend.
Transparent and fact-based information and analysis
As BoConcept’s Financial Planning Specialist your primary objective is to secure that we are in in control of our OPEX and CAPEX spend and that all processes and governances are followed in regards to spend. In relation to this, you will continue to develop our 12M rolling FC - starting with improving the S&OP process and take it to the P&L and then make sure we have a steer of the direction in which the business is heading.
You will be responsible for all financial planning and must ensure continuous improvement of processes and output to increase accuracy. The role needs to be in full control of the 12M rolling FC, including all processes from retail sales and S&OP to a rolling P&L supported by strict cost follow up. You will also manage and administrate the entire yearly budget process.
You will be a part of the Commercial Finance team who supports all business units with their monthly forecasting, and you will therefore get the chance to work closely with stakeholders in the entire organization, creating important value for them in their decision making by providing crucial information in the forecasting and analytics.
Our purpose is to enable transparent and fact-based long-term decision making by continuously supply the management team with accurate information and analysis. The department operates in a fast-paced, international environment with cyclical reporting and deliverables.
Your key tasks will include:
- Updating monthly Retail Order Entry FC and preparing material for the monthly S&OP and managing the meetings
- Monthly update of the P&L (rolling 12M FC)
- Monthly OPEX follow up
- Monthly CAPEX follow up
- Yearly Budget process (receiving input/data, consolidating etc.)
- Support with MSBI tasks (maintenance, development, helpdesk, support etc.)
- Quarterly kickback calculations (incentives)
- Optimization of internal financial planning processes
We are looking for people with DRIVE!
Your background is not essential but probably you can recognize:
- A relevant master's degree within business administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Some years of experience in similar position (+2 years)
- Solid background and understanding of controlling and performance management
- Stakeholder management on all organizational levels
- Solid commercial communication skills
- Experience within MSBI and PowerBI and Dynamics AX / D365
