Your new role
As VP of Finance Business Partnering, you are responsible for DHIs global performance management, including budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting to the executive leadership team and business partnering to the EVP of our Global Business Units

As VP of Finance Business Partnering, you are responsible for DHIs global performance management, including budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting to the executive leadership team and business partnering to the EVP of our Global Business Units

Objectives
- Finance performance management and support to the DHI Group including budgeting and forecasting
- Finance Business partnering to the Executive Leadership Team and Global Business Units
- Responsible for overall financial performance management across DHI
Key performance metrics
- Finance support to key stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting accuracy
Key responsibilities:
Finance Performance Management including Budgeting and Forecasting
- Provide insight and transparency to financial performance
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report to the Executive Leadership Team and DHI’s external board
Finance Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted finance business partner for executive management. global business units and departments
- Challenge and support global business units and departments on financial performance
- Prepare and monitor business cases for development projects
Financial Performance management
- Define and implement financial KPI’s for DHI’s overall performance
- Further develop DHI’s Financial Management Reporting Systems (Power BI)
People: Enable and lead your teams
- Lead a team of ~4 employees
- Act as a role model with focus on business partnering to the Executive Leadership Team and Global Business Units
- Ensure the capabilities and talents needed to implement the strategy
- Enable people to develop and excel, incl. talent and career progression
- Assign clear goals for your teams, performance and behavior

Authority
- Responsible for DHI’s financial performance management systems
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Responsible for quarterly performance reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and the DHI Board
