Exciting opportunity as Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in ALK - an international, growing pharmaceutical company.

The position
We are looking for a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our newly established Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team in Global Finance. The primary objective for the team is to support and deliver on the increased demand for financial insights and analysis and with the responsibility to:

  • Provide financial insights, reporting and analysis to our Executive Leadership and Board of Directors including preparation of financial scenarios and business cases.
  • Further develop and drive performance management including Balanced Scorecard and financial planning processes.

As Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will – together with the team – shape the direction and ambitions for our corporate financial planning and analysis practices, as well as driving our processes in collaboration with the business.

You work independently and in collaboration with different stakeholders across ALK. You provide input to and are close to the decision-making processes. You will refer to the Senior Director Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Together with the team impact the direction and deliverables for the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team
  • Proactively drive monthly financial reporting and analysis for top management
  • Coordinate Balanced Scorecard reporting, including follow-up on KPI’s
  • Plan, drive and consolidate budgets, outlooks and forecasts for the ALK Group
  • Ensure and develop adequate global financial planning and reporting models, including financial solutions that meet business requirements
  • Define and drive BI projects
  • Ensure adequate financial controls and documentation.

Your Profile
Your qualifications are a minimum of 3 years’ experience with financial planning and analysis, ideally from an international organisation, alternatively from working as an external consultant. You will work across different business areas, functions, borders and cultures, which is why organisational flair is key.

You have a master’s degree in finance or business administration or similar relevant education. You must also have experience with driving and executing projects in a global organisation, since you will be working independently with various stakeholders across different levels and countries.

You are characterized by a proactive, curious and positive mindset, are open-minded and thrive in navigating in a dynamic and international environment. You are a natural initiator, able to prioritize and establish timelines and structures in your work. You have a can-do attitude, strong integrity and stakeholder management skills.

Travelling: A limited amount must be expected.
