You have a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting journey in a fast-moving organization with high ambitions and rich development. We are currently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Business manager & Executive assistant to President & CEO Tobias S. Christiansen and the rest of the executive management team. The position will be at Manager level, based at Headquarter in Holbæk, Denmark reporting directly to CEO.

Your new role - joining a company in growth



The job will have a variety of tasks, of which including:

  • Support with various deliverables towards Executive Management and the Board of Directors
  • Responsible for collecting material for the Board of Directors ensuring quality control of input and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic input and executive support to CEO.
  • Coordinating actions supporting the CEO (meetings, preparations, presentations etc.)
  • Executive assistant tasks supporting CEO (business travels etc.)
  • Plan and prepare for management meetings and seminars, here including strategy seminars and activities.
  • Support in preparations of company presentation for both internal and external use (e.g., townhall meetings)
  • Lead and coordinate different projects for the Executive management group.
  • Day to day various tasks

What you bring to the team



  • Consistent in your approach and ability to work under tight deadlines with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English.
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs and requirements of CEO.
  • Great coordination skills with a high-quality standard of your deliverables.
  • Ready to work independently finding the right solutions on your own.
  • Wish to help the day-to-day business flow smoothly.


Qualifications for the role



  • Holds a university degree (BA as minimum) either with a business degree or technical / scientific with interest in business.
  • You have +2 years of full-time work experience after finishing a university degree.
  • You have previous experience from either life-science or pharmaceutical industry, if not from in-house then as consultant on life-science / pharmaceutical clients understanding the dynamic of the industry.
  • Perhaps you have just finished a graduate program in a larger organization and are ready to develop further in a new role.
