Join our Commercial Finance department
You will join a dynamic and young Commercial Finance team within our Corporate Finance department. The team is responsible for performance management and drives key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organization. Our department will provide a great learning environment, and you will have plenty of opportunities to take on responsibility and drive your own tasks while being surrounded by colleagues with a strong drive.

We are looking for a talented finance professional with strong personal impact
We expect you to have a master’s degree in finance, business or similar and ideally 2-3 years of experience from an equivalent role in a global company. Furthermore:
Additionally, you have a strong eye for detail and appreciate the importance of being meticulous. With your analytical mind-set and attitude for logical thinking, you lay out compelling arguments for your colleagues across the business and get your point across.

The responsibility we offer you
As a trusted partner to the business, we look to you to provide high-quality analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. Key tasks include:
- Update and analyze our monthly performance material across the company
- Support senior management in decision making with solid financial analysis
- Work on quarterly forecasts and business ambitions
- Drive the dialogue with our regions about performance and performance measures
- Participate in financial projects when needed
- Help transform our reporting rapports into PowerBI dashboards
- Optimize and streamline performance processes
We are looking for a talented finance professional with strong personal impact
We expect you to have a master’s degree in finance, business or similar and ideally 2-3 years of experience from an equivalent role in a global company. Furthermore:
- You possess strong analytical skills and can transform data into insights
- You have strong personal drive and a proven track record for quick learning
- You thrive in a team environment but are also able to work independently
- You speak and write English fluently
- If you have experience with PowerBI this is also a plus
Additionally, you have a strong eye for detail and appreciate the importance of being meticulous. With your analytical mind-set and attitude for logical thinking, you lay out compelling arguments for your colleagues across the business and get your point across.
