About the department
The Corporate Tax & Compliance team is a team consisting of specialists within statutory financial statements, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, customs and VAT. The team is working closely together to achieve the objectives. The team is part of the Corporate Finance team.
The job
As our new Transfer Pricing Manager you will be responsible for transfer pricing in Coloplast. You will be reporting to the Director of Tax and Compliance and work in close collaboration especially with other members of the tax team, Business Center in Poland, our sales- and manufacturing subsidiaries, commercial departments and external specialists worldwide to ensure that the commercial realities are reflected in the overall transfer pricing model.
The specific tasks and responsibilities include:
Depending on activity there will be app. 10 days of travel pr. year.

The job
As our new Transfer Pricing Manager you will be responsible for transfer pricing in Coloplast. You will be reporting to the Director of Tax and Compliance and work in close collaboration especially with other members of the tax team, Business Center in Poland, our sales- and manufacturing subsidiaries, commercial departments and external specialists worldwide to ensure that the commercial realities are reflected in the overall transfer pricing model.
The specific tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain global processes and policies to ensure transfer pricing compliance
- Intercompany price setting
- Transfer pricing documentation
- Country by country reporting
- Bench mark studies
- Transfer pricing review calculations and adjustments
- Transfer pricing risk and control framework in Impero
- Intercompany contracts and terms
- Training of internal stakeholders
- Transfer pricing tax audits
- Permanent Establishment issues
Depending on activity there will be app. 10 days of travel pr. year.
About You
As a person, you believe in the power of teamwork and you enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Besides speaking and writing English fluently, the right candidate must:
- Hold a degree in Economics, Finance or similar
- Have 3-5 years of practical experience with transfer pricing from an accounting firm or an in-house position
- Know accounting and have a high level of numerical and analytical skills
- Are interested to know the Coloplast business model
- Have a high drive for completing tasks, and can work independently when needed
- Have good communication skills and thrive working in a complex international organisation with many different stakeholders and cultures
- Have a structured working style and a service minded attitude
- Have Interest and flair for working with IT systems
