Join our Performance Management team
With a start date of September 1st, 2021, you will join our dynamic Performance Management team of 6 colleagues within our Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation.

You will be responsible for updating and improving our monthly performance materials and identify key insights and actions that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. Specifically, you will:

- Complete sales reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
- Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
- Work on quarterly forecasts and business actions
- Optimise and streamline our performance processes
- Help transform our performance material into PowerBI dashboards

- Have strong analytical skills and excel at transforming data into valuable business insights
