Join our Performance Management team
You will join our dynamic Performance Management team of 6 colleagues within our Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation.

- Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
- Complete sales reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Maintain a strong dialogue with our regions about performance and performance measures
- Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
- Work on quarterly forecasts and business actions
- Optimise and streamline our performance processes
- Help transform our performance material into PowerBI dashboards
- Participate in financial projects when needed

- Have a master’s degree in finance, business or similar
- Have ideally 2-3 years of experience from a consulting firm or equivalent role in a global company
- You have strong personal drive and an eagerness to learn
- You thrive in a team environment but are also able to work independently
- You speak and write English fluently
