About the job:

The Business Development department consist of four teams; Client Insights, Pricing, Regional Business Management and Projects & Planning. The overall purpose of the department is to ensure that we are relevant in all our local markets by having our clients’ needs and sound money making logic at the center of everything that we do.

As a Business Analyst in Projects & Planning, you will be directly involved in facilitating and supporting the new strategic initiatives. You will be involved in establishing a structured governance across the organization to enable a strong and relevant execution of commercial activities. Your involvement will span from developing structured approaches and methodologies, enable prioritization sessions for management, facilitate execution on strategic initiatives, overseeing that the solutions meet appropriate desired requirements and impact.

You will need to be very skilled at collaborating and managing stakeholders as you will be pivotal part in strengthening a global client centric approach across Saxo Bank.

Amongst others you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the weekly meetings across senior stakeholders in the Bank to evaluate new projects and follow up on existing projects
  • Running the quarterly prioritization and allocating all the banks resources to the most important projects based on sound business case and impact to clients satisfaction and scalability
  • Maintaining Saxo Bank’s strategic roadmaps
  • Following up project execution efficiency and contentiously improving the way we work
  • Supporting our Client Segment owners to prioritize, execute and facilitate smaller development projects and engaging with global colleagues to understand their business and development needs
  • Creating various presentations to describe the impact of the deliveries

Your profile:


  • 1-3 years of experience from a financial institution
  • Organized, systematic, with a natural attention to detail
  • Take ownership, solution oriented and speak your mind
  • Thrive in collaborative work environments in a high-speed organization
  • Curious personality, interest to learn and develop within a global environment
  • Good Excel skills
