A global team is ready to welcome you
You will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, working alongside ten experienced finance professionals based in Denmark, Hungary and India. We are divided into smaller sub-teams, and you will be partnering with our Senior Financial Analyst, Frederik Holm, on forecasts, analyses and consolidation tasks – in close collaboration with our CFO.
”We all tend to work at the office. Of course, there is room to work from home, but we do prioritise seeing each other as it makes giving feedback, discussing ideas and having a laugh that much easier,” Frederik Holm explains.
Become a trusted finance advisor to the CFO and senior management
As our senior analyst in FP&A, you will have a key role in supporting fact-based and transparent decision-making by delivering performance reporting and analytics to our management and key stakeholders.
You will work in a broad range of areas within Xellia’s financial reporting and analysis and gain in-depth knowledge of the pharma business.
Your main responsibilities will be an interesting mix of scheduled tasks and exciting analyses as you:
- control corporate financial processes – such as forecasts
- provide in-depth analysis of the business, which includes P/L, balance and cash flow
- build complex data-fueled financial models based on systems that can support the business during the forecasting process
- act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO, who is the main stakeholder
- are responsible for timely and high-quality reporting in relation to month-end close and management/BoD reporting.
”We are good at making the changes needed to work smarter, which leaves plenty of room for your ideas – but also requires you to maneuver in an environment where processes may change,” Eva says.
Solid business finance and FP&A experience
We hope you are excited about influencing our processes and making your mark on our business. And you are able to come up with solutions to issues as they arise, noticing the smaller details in the bigger picture. We also hope you are capable of building good relationships with your stakeholders while diving into analyses and presenting findings to senior management.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- hold an MSc in economics, finance or accounting combined with some years of business finance experience, perhaps including complex production economy
- ave a proven history in building complex financial models and working in-depth with financial analysis and cash flow
- may have experience from a pharmaceutical company and are familiar with financial IT systems for reporting
- are fluent in both Danish and English.
