A strong business analyst with a commercial and digital mindset
Bunker Holding is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst working with business partners in the oil trading business and colleagues in Group IT to deliver outstanding digital services. You will get to collaborate with different stakeholders around the organisation where your key responsibility is to analyse the business and translate the different business needs into tangible requirements to be solved by digital solutions. Your areas of responsibility will be to:

Having the strategic perspective and excellent stakeholder management skills
Bunker picture you have 3-5 years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar. You can demonstrate expertise in taking a strategic perspective and drive specific tasks which supports both business and your team. You have an engaging personality, and you can facilitate the process of gathering requirements. In addition, you have an agile mindset that guides you and the team to excellence. Furthermore, you have experience within:

Your areas of responsibility will be to:
- act as a bridge between users, stakeholders, and the development team
- interact with several stakeholders in the organisation
- think visionary and entrepreneurial
- translate user pain points and needs into new usable and valuable features
- work with different levels of documentation, epics, features and stories
- translate user insights into wireframes/mock-ups to help clarifying requirements and to build solid solutions

- promote teamwork
- have experience with agile practices, tools and is familiar with DevOps
- have a basic knowledge and understanding of how to program (language not important)
