In your new department, Core Solutions, you will work alongside 21 international colleagues – all experts in their own field and all dedicated to improving our digital services for the Bunker Holding traders.
Our wish is to make a real difference within the business, so we collaborate closely to map out business processes and requests from our traders and find improvement opportunities.
We work in an agile set-up with Scrum-by-the-book, and our Scrum teams ooze empowerment while making room for a good laugh with one another. Right now, we are working with story mapping, and we will look forward to hearing your ideas to get even closer to our customers, the traders.

As a business analyst, you will play an important role in getting to the core of the user needs. Shedding a light on trader needs and challenges, you will work closely with product owners, developers and traders, analysing their business needs, providing insights for business improvements and qualifying new ideas to new digital value add.

In your day-to-day, you will be:
- Participating in daily Scrum meetings
- Translating user pain points and needs into concepts that can be qualified
- Refining customer propositions and customer experience
- Materialising propositions and iterating with customers and stakeholders
- Driving the process from idea or pre-idea to proof of concept Translating user insights into wireframes/mock-ups

You are a true business developer with an innovative mindset. By understanding the business and delivering industry-leading solutions, you manage to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your visionary and entrepreneurial way of thinking also enables you to thrive in an ever-changing environment of shifting priorities.
In addition, you have:
- Some years of experience as an IT business analyst
- A degree, e.g., an MSc in information technology
- Experience with agile development
- Experience with one or more of the following: scoping and documenting, modelling and road mapping, process re-engineering and prototyping
