At Emerson’s Marine Solutions group in Naestved, which is the headquarter of 530 employees worldwide, you will be part of a newly established Digital Business platforms team. As a Business Analyst you will have the chance to dig into the processes, people, and tools and all the data that are constantly being generated through various tools and channels. You will have the chance to lead cross-organization projects and collaborate with different cultures in different world areas.
The position is new, so we also welcome new ways of thinking to our company. You will be reporting to Nicolai Werngreen, Manager, Digital Business Platforms.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Understand, analyze, evaluate the current business processes
- Identify and initiate projects to optimize business processes – for example by harmonizing or digitalizing
- Control & monitor the processes to find gaps/challenges
- Discuss processes and KPI’s with the different organizational units
- Assist different organizational units in creating reports and business analyzes in the daily
- Participate in Business Intelligence work to standardize reporting and if needed find root-causes of low-quality master data
- Support implementation of technologies and processes in the organization
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, information technology, business administration. or equivalent work experience
- Previous proven experience within Business Analytics or relevant areas like controlling
- Flexible, well organized, and forward-thinking
- Able to work in an autonomous manner and to take initiatives
- Proficiency in Danish and English
