The job
You are a laywer or a compliance professional with significant experience with compliance matters from the phamarceutical industry. We are looking for a robust advisor to the Management Team in all compliance and legal related matters.
It is your overall responsibility that the Danish Affiliate employees and business processes live up to the compliance environment raised by: Novo Nordisk Business Ethics Code of Conduct, Danish legislation, ENLI industry codes, and transparency requirements.
You implement and train the affiliate in relevant procedures and secure a compliant handling of a range of critical business processes – ensuring that the organisation knowledge and processes are adequate to ensure compliant operations.
You will have close daily interaction with commercial functions like Sales and Marketing in relations to approval of promotional materials and external healthcare related meetings etc., and you will advise the General Manager and his management team members on the compliance aspects of all key business matters.
Tight deadlines, cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders will be an integrated part of your workday.
About the department
You report directly to the Finance & Operations Director and take part in a team of engaged colleagues with a variety of responsibilities. In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the compliance network in “Europe North & Central” Business Area, with a dotted line to the Head of Legal, Compliance and Quality of the area. The office is located in Ørestaden, Greater Copenhagen Area.
Qualifications
We expect you to have relevant academic background and compliance experience from the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to this, fluency in Danish is a prerequisite for the role.
The ideal candidate has high integrity, self-drive and takes ownership and is ready to invest time and effort in understanding the business environment in which we operate.
