We are looking for a portfolio manager ready to share and grow
As our new portfolio manager, you will be a part of BEC’s EPMO working from our HQ in Roskilde. Your new department consists of six highly quality conscious colleagues with a high level of professional competencies.
In your new position you will be managing many exciting tasks. You will among other things be supporting top management, the board and development organization in managing the portfolio regarding the overall strategic targets. Furthermore, you will be expected to support and continuously improve a fact-based decision-making process in regard to portfolio management in BEC, as you are responsible for delivering key information to management and support the development organization, to secure IT investments is maximized with a focus on value creation and execution efficiency and effectiveness. You are likely to experience a high degree of personal and professional development in the position through the many touchpoints and challenges.
In your new position, you will have a central role in the operation and development of portfolio management in BEC, together with supporting our current governance-setup simultaneously increasing the maturity level of portfolio management in BEC. Furthermore, you will be given the opportunity to take active part in defining principles, processes and tools for supporting agile portfolio management and execution within the organization.
Primary tasks and responsibilities

You have 2+ years of experience as portfolio manager in a larger enterprise and preferably have a certification within portfolio management and an educational background at master’s level within business administration, finance or IT.
