We are looking for a business analyst ready to share and grow
You will be part of an agile team “Pension Core” that consists of 9 employees in total. The team is located in both Warsaw and Roskilde, the business analyst position is based in Roskilde, and you will be reporting to the development manager.

As a business analyst in Pension Core, you will play a crucial part in the development and maintenance of the sector solution for Pension Payment System (pensionsudbetalingssystemet) in Denmark.

You will be in close dialogue with our customers about our deliveries, ensuring the business needs are reflected in the solutions. You will also assist in ensuring that the solutions are up to date and stable, by participating in the daily support and related work in the team. Test of the solutions will be a part of the tasks in the team, and you will act as a sounding board, together with the other business analysts in the team.

Your new colleagues have various competencies within business knowledge, IT development and IT architecture. In our daily work we use JIRA, MS Teams and Confluence. Primary tasks and responsibilities
In the position as business analyst, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Clarify and align expectations in relation to the needs of our customers in collaboration with your colleagues and the product owner
  • Be an integrated part of the development of the solutions, bridging between the business need and the development of the solution
  • Together with our colleagues handle incoming maintenance tasks in our support
  • Secure that our solutions benefit the end user by taking part in planning and executing tests

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • A background within a financial institution together with pension knowledge
  • Experience with communicating professionally with stakeholders at different levels
  • Interest in IT and thrives to understand the technical part of our solutions
  • Knowledge of BEC systems or Pension Payment System, e.g. from working in a BEC bank, is not a requirement, but would be considered an advantage

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally.
