We are looking for a Business Analyst ready to share and grow
You will be a part of a team which has the responsibility for developing and maintaining solutions in the Foreign Payments area.

The team consists of software engineers, business analysts, product owner and scrum master/development manager and is a part of the Payments domain.

The Payments Domain consists of scrum teams covering domain areas like Clearing, Foreign Payments, Fraud and Payment Cards. This position is focused on the Foreign Payments area.

The biggest enablers in this area are new legislation requirements, combined with new business requirements with focus on developing solutions prepared for the future. As such, the team is about to embark on an exciting voyage to transform the entire system landscape in the Foreign Payments area.

Primary tasks and responsibilities
In the position as Business Analyst you will work closely with our customer banks, Product Owner, Development Manager, and the Software Engineers in the team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Support and drive the requirements and strategy process for the transformation of Foreign Payments landscape
  • Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders like the Product Owner, customer banks and suppliers
  • Define and refine user stories in cooperation with the customer banks, the product owner and team members
  • Drive the requirement management process, for example facilitating workshops with the customer banks
  • Creating accept criteria and taking responsibility for the feature in planning sessions
  • Secure high quality in deliveries through ongoing testing activities
  • Define and complete implementation activities
  • Support customer banks when they report incidents or ask questions
  • Communicate with our customer banks with a service-minded approach

We are looking for you who loves to explore and learn!
Preferably, you have an educational background at master level or a similar bank related education. You are either an experienced business analyst, who likes to dig deep into a new business domain, or you already have experience working in the Payments area.

  • You are structured and analytic – for example have a great interest in working with data
  • You are proactive, self-driven and results-oriented
  • An excellent communicator and facilitator
  • Experience in processes related to IT development of digital solutions
  • Experience in business development of financial solutions
  • Like to be a part of a team

With colleagues in the team distributed between Denmark and Poland, you must master Danish and English at a high level both in writing and orally.
