We are looking for a specialist within the field of business process management and customer experience
You are a highly motivated specialist within Business Process Management and Customer Experience that will join our team Business Processes & Implementation.
As a well-proven senior business analyst, you will be part of the initiation of new fintech solutions. You will be assessing and aligning customer needs with use of your broad toolbox, including designing customer journeys and business processes. Furthermore, you will be a bridgebuilder between IT and business.
One of your tasks will be to mature our organization within both the field of business process management as well as broaden our ways of working with end-to-end customer journeys. This is carried out through development projects, training initiatives, ongoing communication, and stakeholder engagement.
We work with the entire BEC organization – development domains and programs, architecture, compliance, data, cloud a.m. We have our organizational and professional origin in our team, but your daily work will be with the agile development organization in BEC and directly with our customers.
We are a team of 10 dedicated people who drive the perspectives of our customers in the development and implementation of new fintech solutions. Our team works with Customer Experience, Business Process Management and Organizational Change Management/Implementation.
Our team is part of the area Customers & Business Development. The primary job of our area is to help BEC's various customers get the most out of being a BEC customer. The area consists of, among others, our customer account managers, customer consultants, and business owners who are responsible for the customer governance in BEC.
Primary task and responsibilities
You will work closely with the BEC development organization, our business owners, and representatives from our co-development banks.

Preferably, you have master’s degree from e.g., the IT University, a Business School, or University (IT, Engineering, Social Sciences etc.) and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position working with business processes, business architecture and/or customer experience preferably within the financial or technology sector.

- Prepare and carry out customer interviews
- Facilitate workshops with development teams and customers
- Further develop our concepts and methods
