Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Compliance Manager for our Finance team at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Compliance Manager, your main task will be to ensure compliance within the areas of taxation. This includes preparation of monthly reports on VAT return and reconciliations. You will also play a key role in preparing our annual tax statement and Transfer Pricing report together with our external tax agent, as well as reviewing and giving opinions on contracts with our business partners.

The job is located at our HQ in Skanderborg but within 2022 it will be possible to work from Copenhagen.
About the department
We’re a team of six enthusiastic colleagues at the HQ, working with our five international finance colleagues on controlling, accounting and providing support to our global offices in Germany, the USA and China. We work closely together, supporting each other in our daily tasks, but also place a high value in independent working - especially towards the end of the month. We succeed by working together, and by working closely with colleagues across the organization.
About you
You have an educational background within Taxation or accounting, during which you have gained knowledge and understanding about taxation laws and reporting, and you have at least three years’ experience from a similar role in an international company.
Prior experience from e.g. a tax function or an accounting firm will be an advantage.
Your success is determined by your ability to build a constructive dialogue with customers across all organizational levels and functions. You have an analytical and structured workstyle, and you place a high value in accuracy and meeting legal requirements. You use your well-developed communication skills to establish good working relations with all stakeholders.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

As our new Compliance Manager, your main task will be to ensure compliance within the areas of taxation. This includes preparation of monthly reports on VAT return and reconciliations. - Providing specialist advice on optimal business and tax setup of entities
- Ensuring fulfilment of reporting requirements towards authorities
- Monitoring the appropriate working of internal control.
