Are you looking for a role where you can define, reinforce, and sustain a unified approach on how we work with Service Excellence globally (part of Commercial Excellence team)? Then the newly created role in our Commercial Excellence team might be just the right challenge for you to help us take our customer’s experience to the next level.
Our ComEx team is looking for a Experienced Business Manager to drive Service Excellence.
Joining us, you will have the opportunity of working in a world leading healthcare company where you will be part of the Commercial Excellence team in the Demant International Sales area. Our team is here to support the local markets in maximizing commercial impact through individual country initiatives as well as broader deployment of business-related tools, processes optimizations and best practices sharing among the global communities.
About the role – Facilitate alignment on core service processes and dedicated support for our local teams.
In this newly created role, you will play a key role in the adoption of a new CRM solution for servicing our wholesale business where you will team up with our countries to continuously seek improvement opportunities in the area of customer service:
- Customer Experience: Become the point of reference in commercializing solutions that empower our organization to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Process Excellence: Apply a first principle thinking to map & design global processes that work in real life and are adjacent to our customer journeys.
- Project Management: Drive business process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with both local as well as more technical internal stakeholders.
- Change Management: Collaborate systematically with stakeholders at all levels in the organization to help people adapt to and adopt best practices in form of organization's goals, processes, or technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Drive business process improvement initiatives and strategies with internal stakeholders across the organization both global and local.
Travel will play an important part of the role ( up to 20 days per year ) to gain insights and feeling for the local processes and potential optimization opportunities.
About you - customer centric mindset with can-do attitude
Most importantly, you are passionate about designing and promoting best practice for customer service, hence solving problems, identifying root causes, and translating analyses into concrete recommendations. We imagine that you have several years of experience working with customer experience – customer success, customer service and customer support, and a relevant educational background within Business Administration, Economics or similar. We expect you to be curious and willing to understand the “why”. You are a structured person who enjoys simplifying complexity and likes to connect with stakeholders at all levels of a matrix organization such as ours.
Furthermore, we hope to see in you:
- Seasoned in mapping and working with customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping and documentation.
- Creative confidence to challenge status quo in designing new ways of working.
- Experience with defining and prioritizing requirements to IT, to support the business.
- International background – fluency in English is a must, additional language skills welcome.
- Sharp eye for details and comfortable to working with tight deadlines (and remind others).
