We are looking for an Asset Management Assistant to join our ambitious commercial asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations. One of the teams´ main objectives is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.
As our Asset Management Assistant, you will support and assist our 6 commercial asset managers in the team. You will be responsible for the collection of data as well as communication with internal/external stakeholders and ad hoc administrative assignments.
As a person, you are well structured, able to keep track on complex data and you are driven by supporting and delivering results. You are service minded and diligent and thrive in a job with a lot of different tasks.

We are looking for an Asset Management Assistant to join our ambitious commercial asset management team. As our Asset Management Assistant, you will support and assist our 6 commercial asset managers in the team. You will be responsible for the collection of data as well as communication with internal/external stakeholders and ad hoc administrative assignments.
Areas of responsibility:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document handling, filing etc.
- Preparation of revenue allocation
- Preparation of land lease payments
- Database maintenance
- Prepare calculation of KPIs
- Regulatory filing in Germany
- Report to investors and banks
- Ad-hoc assignments
Professional skills we expect from you:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience from a similar position
- Relevant commercial or financial education
- You are an expert user in Microsoft Excel
- Professional proficiency in English as well as one of the following languages: Italian, German or Polish is a requirement
