We are looking for a commercial asset manager to join our ambitious asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy assets from the commencement of operations. One of the teams´ main objectives is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan. As our new commercial manager, you will drive and handle all commercial aspects in relation to the operation and asset management of the solar and wind assets. You will get the opportunity to assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term customer relationships.

As our new commercial manager, you will drive and handle all commercial aspects in relation to the operation and asset management of the solar and wind assets. You will get the opportunity to assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term customer relationships.
Areas of responsibility:
- Have the full commercial responsibility for your appointed wind assets in Germany
- Build up a good trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, and landowners
- Income and expense controlling for projects in operation
- Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- Claim management regarding income from utilities/market representatives
- Follow-up on budgets and cash flow forecasts incl. deviation analysis
- Bank reporting
- Compliance and reporting to authorities
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have a commercial or financial educational background
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in a commercial and/or financial role
- It is an advantage, if you have experience with the energy industry/renewables or asset management of assets
- You work independently, proactively and thrive taking responsibility
- You have excellent communication skills, and you are good at connecting with people both internally and across offices, but also with external relations both customers and other relations such as banks, insurance companies, authorities etc.
- Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in German
- Good English skills is also a requirement, as we are an international company
