Are you our new Transformation Analyst?
We offer
Maersk Training is transforming from a traditional training delivery provider to an end-to-end competency partner to better address our global customers’ evolving needs. This is your chance to support our transformation towards our new purpose. You will join the transformation manager in our new Transformation Office where you will quickly sense our start-up atmosphere.

Key responsibilities
Your role will revolve around support and enablement of the many stakeholders who are driving our transformation. That means you will be part of multiple workstreams that feed into our overall transformation goal.
Right now, we are moving from a planning into execution phase. You will be key in supporting enabling activities. One such activity is working with our People Skills team to coordinate a training program that supports our transformation by upskilling our colleagues in change and strategy management. Also support integrations for mergers and acquisitions. Other tasks will be to:
• Be part of the project tracking including identifying and mitigating risks
• Support our leadership team on communication around our transformation
• Be an important sounding board to the transformation manager as the team develops
• Help with business performance reporting

We are looking for
We are looking for someone who finds the broad scope and versatility of the role appealing. You will get to work across our entire business, and gain responsibility from day one so you must be keen to learn on the go. Specifically, it is important that you have an analytical mindset while being able to coordinate multiple initiatives running concurrently.
There are a few ways into this role:
• You have past project management or project coordination experience.
• You have experience from a learning function or company, or perhaps a consultancy e.g., as a junior consultant, providing you with a consultancy toolbox and mindset
• You may have a few years of practical experience from a transforming organisation during a big strategy implementation
• You have a good understanding of a large company such as the Maersk group
This role can be based anywhere in Denmark, but you must be able to travel regularly to our office in Svendborg
