Due to global growth, OBTON is looking for an Asset Manager to administrate solar parks in the Italian market. You will be working in Milan and report to the Danish Investment Manager situated in the headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
THE POSITION
Your responsibility will be a portfolio of 20-30 solar parks in Italy.

THE POSITION
Your responsibility will be a portfolio of 20-30 solar parks in Italy.
Primary tasks
- Drive an agenda based on continuous optimization of the portfolio of PV plants
- Management, maintenance and upgrading of the reporting model on performance
- Preparation of Monthly Reporting
- Conduct insurance claims
- Maintain and clean up master data
- Overseeing the accounting tasks performed by outsourced local accountants.
- Management of invoices
- Assist in maintaining and cleaning up master data
General expectations of competences and experience
- Experienced within administration of solar parks
- Knowledge of corporate finance
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial accounting, audit
- Preferably experience with SharePoint
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and thriving with distance management
- Master Italian and English language at a full professional level both verbally and in writing
