What You’ll do at Qred
In the role Pre-collection Agent, your most important task is to ensure that our customers receive the best advice and service when they contact Qred by phone or email. It is essential that you are able to build trust and be able to understand the customer's needs and meet them at eye level.

What a typical day might look like
- Supporting and helping our Danish customers with arranging payment agreements via several communication channels (phone, email and SMS)
- Handle questions and requests from our external collection companies, trustees and lawyers
- Help us continue to develop our (pre-) collection flow
- Occasionally help underwriting
