It will be your responsibility to define, measure, analyze and communicate a significant part of our product performance in close collaboration with the Product Team.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Cobiro, you will ensure that the organization understands and learns from the insights you deliver.
We are looking for a talented analyst to join our Product Team who loves working with data - parsing, analyzing, investigating, interpreting, modeling, and extracting knowledge from large volumes of data to drive informed decision-making across the company. You thrive in the cross-section of research and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
You will be asking questions, driving insights, and solving problems across the organization. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will lead ambitious projects, interact regularly with our leadership, tech, finance, and marketing teams, and develop key strategic frameworks and models for all business areas. - Rozwijanie kompleksowych pulpitów nawigacyjnych wydajności do tworzenia popytu, wyników sprzedaży, analizy możliwości itp.
- Wspieranie procesu podejmowania decyzji w całej organizacji i zapewnienie, że firma kontynuuje dokonywanie świadomych wyborów.
- Analizowanie danych operacyjnych i przeglądanie założeń kosztowych w celu zapewnienia wysokiej dokładności raportowania.
- Wspieranie rozwoju partnerstwa poprzez komercyjne business cases i prognozy przyszłych przychodów.
- Zarządzanie potokami ETL i różnymi procesami hurtowni danych, w tym czyszczeniem, walidacją i strukturyzacją surowych danych.
- Wspomaganie firmy w osiąganiu krótko- i długoterminowych celów związanych z rozwojem produktu.
- Współpracowanie z innymi działami firmy, aby usprawnić analizę i prezentację produktów.
- Wspomaganie w zarządzaniu projektami poprzez pozyskiwanie kluczowych informacji niezbędnych do rozwoju produktu.
- Dostarczanie naszym zespołom ds. produktów przydatnych raportów i pulpitów nawigacyjnych, łącząc dane produktowe i operacyjne, aby stymulować rozwój produktów i innowacje.
Wymagania:

You will drive and develop reporting and analytics activities related to business growth, product performance, user behavior, analytics, and competitor intelligence, working with data from many different sources.
Your tasks:
- To maintain and develop end-to-end performance dashboards for demand creation, sales performance, opportunity analysis, etc.
- Support decision-making across the organization and ensure the business continues to make informed decisions.
- Analyzing operational data and reviewing cost assumptions to ensure high accuracy of reporting.
- Supporting partnership development with commercial business cases and future revenue projections.
- Managing ETL pipelines and various data warehouse processes including cleaning, validation, and structuring of raw data.
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
- Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
- Assist product management in deriving key insights vital for product development.
- Deliver actionable reports and dashboards to our product teams, by combining product- and operational data to drive product development and innovation.
Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of experience with quantitative analysis, SQL, and business metrics. If you understand web data and user tracking it will be considered a plus.
We would like to speak to candidates who have the following strengths:
- Very strong experience with MySQL
- Experience with BigQuery and Airflow is a big plus
- Attention to detail and data quality
- Strong communication skills in oral and written English
- Experienced with data analysis and visualization tools, like PowerBI or Tableau
- Curious, innovative, results-driven, and highly motivated
- Familiarity with Google Cloud is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a big plus
