About this opportunity

Welcome to the Platform Analysis Middle Office team. We add value by providing amazing people, primarily working as IT analysts to different projects focused on Banking and Institutional Technology and in this case the Treasury area. As Passionate Senior IT Analyst (Treasury) you’ll play a valuable role in defining sustainable business and IT requirements and aligning our IT solutions to these requirements, applying Nordea standards and frameworks in a mindful way. At the same time we see that you will build your competence as an IT analyst in general, helping others to grow with you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Collaborate closely with business/IT stakeholders at Treasury to create, refine and analyse business requirements related to for example LCR, NSFR, IRRBB and liquidity stress testing.
• Help define, create and drive the foundation for our future strategic setup for the area you are in.
• Hands on tasks related to configuration of applications as well as performing source to target data mapping work for major data flows and sourcing.
• Analyse data and enhance our current data load setup using MS SQL.
• Collaborate and learn from our existing business and IT analysts working in the area.
• Work closely with developers and others to ensure the delivery of sustainable IT solutions.

• Are based in Copenhagen or Gdansk/Gdynia or Warsaw.
• Are self driven and structured and willing to learn

• Are creative, curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Your experience and background:
• A relevant university degree (Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar)
• Approx. 5 years experience working in or with IT development projects close to business stakeholders, preferably in Banking or Finance.
• Great communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of architecture and IT solution design.
• Knowledge of SQL(Databases) and some coding experience in general.
• Experience with working in agile ways of working (Agile/SAFe).
• Advantage with experience from the Treasury and/or Markets business and/or IT domains.
