About this opportunity
Welcome to the Business Model Development team in Digital Scalable Model – Business Banking COO. We add value by developing digital services such as Nordea Business Web and Mobile to our Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs, enabling effortless banking and efficient service model. As Business Developer you’ll play a valuable role in taking an Epic Owner Role, should focus and why, bringing together customer needs, business value, competitor insights and feasibility.
What you’ll be doing:
• Being an Epic Owner (according to SAFe) who drives the Epic from Analysis to Done and follows up benefit realization, we call this business design. The Epics can be related to digital purchasing of products, covering self-service needs, replacing legacy applications and everything in between.
• Work together with Service Designers and Product Owners in the identification and solution design of features
• Liaise with other development hubs in e.g. One Digital and work with Product Responsible Unit’s across the bank to drive end-to-end solutions and dependency management
• Support our development hub’s leadership with business analysis on various topics and possibly own some key activities such as OKR update and follow up, competitor benchmarking, Lean Portfolio Management
• Participate / drive work together with product management and design to define experience elements
You’ll join a talented team of business developers working in the intersection of business, design and digital / technology in an agile way. countries. The team is Nordic and the role can be based in any of the Nordic countries; Copenhagen; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm.

• Build bridges between different perspectives but also with business stakeholders, design (service and UX) and technology (Product Owners of our Agile teams)
Your experience and background:
• Have work experience from customer facing units, preferably related to corporate customers
• You have worked with product, service or business development
• Have excellent skillset of Microsoft office applications and familiarity with e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Qliksense and Adobe Analytics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studies in IT, engineering or Economics
• Are fluent in English, knowledge of any other Nordic language is appreciated
