Would you like to join our Savings team in the Commercial Hub within Personal Banking Denmark?
We are now looking for a profile to take on a business developer role in our Savings team and thereby be a key player in delivering new and strong savings-, investments- and pension products & services to our Personal Banking customers and advisors.
About this opportunity
The role of Commercial Hub, Savings is to drive and implement savings and investments activities in Personal Banking DK – this happens in close cooperation with e.g., local banking, Business Banking, Private Banking, Digital Sales, Digital Wealth and Investment Center (Asset & Wealth Management).
Our change and implementation initiatives range from investment products & services, advisory tools (e.g., like Financial Planning System, Focused Investment Advice), to the digital advisory tool, Nora, as well as sales activity support, ensuring compliance related to new legislation (e.g., Mifiid 2 and IDD) and e.g., entering new partnerships (e.g., the Testaviva partnership).
What you’ll be doing:
• Support the strategic direction and priorities aiming at delivering the most customer value and commercial impact for the Premium and saving customers in Personal Banking DK
• Support epic/initiative requirements in the team backlogs and scope Minimum Viable Product taking e.g. existing resource constraints into account
• Develop, implement and follow-up on change initiatives in close cooperation with colleagues in the team and across the Nordea value-chain
• Continuously support the team, have fun and contribute to the continuously improving of our way of working
Commercial Hub, Savings consists of a team of very skilled and dedicated business developers. The role is based in METRO, Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
• You have extensive professional understanding and genuine interest in savings, investments and/or pension products/services as well as the Nordea advisory concepts/tools in this area.
• You thrive in working in a rapid changing team-based environment and you have a strong commercial and customer oriented mindset and are structured in your way of working.
• You have very strong communication and stakeholder management skills - and act with integrity on all organizational levels and can build a bridge between people, technology and different business areas.
• You are very self-driven and can at the same time work in teams and you have successfully been driving development initiatives with proven good results
• You are fluent in Danish & English.
