I’m currently looking for Business Developers who - can act as Business Analysts or Product owners – to help deliver great experience for our customers. We have many movements in our capability and are always looking for the next person to do career in our Unit.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Capability Area Product Management. We provide the Personal Banking agile development organization with skilled Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts. As having the role of a Product Owner or a Business Analyst you will play a valuable role in designing and implementing solutions that bring value to our customers and to Nordea.

What you’ll be doing (some of the below tasks depending on the role):

You will join my team in the Product management Capability area in Copenhagen, designed for growing your skills as a Business Developer. Depending on your professional background and experiences you will be assigned to an agile development hub and be part of a cross-functional agile team, working towards a shared business purpose.

You will be the team’s specialist in business understanding and analysis, investigating the work of the business to find pain points to be fixed, as well as creating new attractive solutions. Could also be the Product Owner setting the direction for the service together with the Stakeholders.
