This position is responsible to drive & lead the way in strengthening our collaboration with our end users. Identify, develop, and implement the Change & Release Management process as appropriate for either specific segment or team and initiatives with simplification and automation in focus.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the IT Change & Release Management team. You will join a team of highly skilled, dedicated and experienced change & release managers who share a common goal – Quality.

As an IT Process Manager, you’ll experience a mix of activities but primarily connecting the many components across our infrastructure technology areas as well as working with our development teams, to establish end-to-end automated delivery pipelines. You'll have a chance to work with the latest tools and technologies in supporting our full DevOps strategy.
