Solar Energy – Land Development Manager (Full-/Part time)
Become responsible for the development of land for utility scale solar cell projects with a primary geographical focus on Zealand.

The Land Development Manager is responsible for generating additional lands suitable for the development and construction of utility scale solar plants in Denmark.
You will be responsible for all activities related to the generation of additional lands to expand GreenGo projects portfolio in Denmark, with a focus on primary Zealand:
- Analysis of screening reports provided by the GIS Team
- Networking with landowners and stakeholders
- Selection of suitable lands matching pre-established criteria
- Negotiation of the Lease Agreement or Purchase Agreements terms
- Preparation of the documents required for execution
- Project presentations to local communities, municipalities
You will ensure about the correct application of our Land Lease roadmap and support the Permitting Team in the submission and obtention of Zoning Permit (Lokalplan) and Building Permit Obtention. On top of this you will contribute to the optimization of the design of the project area.
You will update the Development Vice President on progress towards the objectives defined on a weekly basis, and you will participate to the Project Team Meetings facilitated by the Development Leaders and from time to time participate in presentation of projects to investors.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes; in particular for what is related to site control.
The position implies constant communication to the GIS and Permitting Team as well as the Project Development Leaders, and you will be supported by a Project Analyst for the preparation of the documentation required to secure site control.
Outgoing Land Developer/strong networker with strong skills within relation building and communication to originate new land leases
You most likely have a Master within Agricultural, Environmental, Energy fields or related combined with a approx. 3-5 years’ experience within project development, ideally development of energy projects or other projects including origination of land lease agreements. You could be working as broker within agricultural land or you have a strong network through a political background or similar.
As a person, you are outgoing, structured, and you are able to plan and organize your work in an effective way. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, and you are able to adapt to different situations and audiences in a diplomatic way. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are rigorous, autonomous, agile and a have a strong attention to details.
Furthermore, you are known for a great drive, a positive mindset, you are robust and thrive in a fast-changing environment, where you keep focus on the targets and the customers.
You have a strong command of both written and spoken Danish and English and you are proficient with MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
The position will most likely be based on Zealand, working from home office and participating in regular meetings at the HQ in Vedbaek.

This zero subsidy paradigm, essential for developing a sustainable and fully scalable growth platform, is well aligned with GreenGo’s highly scalable business model. We believe that we are at the right place at the right time, and that we have the experience, the platform and track record to tab into this opportunity at significant scale. Geographic expansion is focused on Northern Europe and South/East US mid-term, going deep where we go in.
