We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Project Manager!

You will play a pivotal role in aligning sales processes, customer support, insights, and improving customer and employee experience.
The ability to execute and fully implement will be key for succeeding, as it is a pre-requisite for the projects to deliver profit at the end.
The focus is initially the established markets in the Nordics, with outlook and collaboration with emerging markets and ongoing M&A’s where and when relevant.
• Drive and execute projects in retail, franchise and B2B channels – phone-system, CRM practices, POS system as well as (other) best practices for sales and retail
• Co-develop commercial excellence practices in processes, systems, tools and customer experience to leverage business performance and profit
• Work together with SVP Commercial Nordics, Commercial Excellence Partner, Country Managers, IT Project Managers and People Performance Manager to ensure implementation from system/tool/process output to real outcome in behavior, habits, customer interaction – and therefore profit
• Be a central part of the Commercial Nordics management team, advise and guide on profitable initiatives and implementation practice
• +5-10 years of experience in project management in a commercial excellence setting, e.g. in consulting business
• This should include working with business insights, digitalization of work practices and sales operations. Preferably within retail and manufacturing, understanding brand value, sales- and retail practices in both consumer and b2b channels.
• Solid business acumen, communication and project management toolbox
• Strong knowledge of best practice within commercial excellence, is capable of pragmatic and practical conceptualizing as well as strong execution
• A driven and collaborative project manager with strong stakeholder management praxis and ability to balance holistic thinking with practical execution and a pragmatic “can do attitude”.
• Experience from a cross-border environment with the ability to navigate a complex organization and build long-lasting relationships internally as well as externally.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, incl. listening.

The Tasks
