Imagine a future where you proactively lead change initiatives and strategic projects within the field of People & Culture. Interested? Do you also have the drive to manage your own projects and lead stakeholder management within the organization?

DEAS Group is in an exciting and challenging transformation and, therefore, we need a Project Manager to lead current as well as new development projects in People & Culture. We have established our strategic direction both as a Group as well as within People & Culture. Therefore, we need you to drive identified and new projects that enable us to attain our objectives and a value-creating Group culture. You will drive and be part of projects aimed at creating high quality leadership; engaged and motivated key talents; optimized P&C processes; and improving cross-organizational collaboration.

As Project Manager you have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on DEAS Group's People & Culture’s current and future deliverables to the organization. With your ability to manage projects and facilitate change, your primary activities will be:

  • Lead and prioritize People & Culture’s projects and change initiatives, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project progress
  • Identification and implementation of change needs in accordance with the People and Culture strategy
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with the People & Culture team, the management, and other stakeholders in the organization
  • Develop and deliver training and education for the People & Culture team and other relevant stakeholders in change management
  • Support the organization, managers, and employees in making real, behavioural changes that affect organizational performance

You preferably possess the following…

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or similar within a relevant field
  • Experienced in project and change management methodologies
  • Have a proven track record of driving smaller projects or experience in leading change management of larger programs
  • Can guide or lead decision making of implementation needs and activities
  • Have strong collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Are a great communicator in both Danish and English

Furthermore, you must have digital intuitiveness and hold the ability to operate and navigate systems in general.

As a person, you are curious and a team player. We would also like to see that you have a strategic mindset and skilled in building good relationships. Additionally, you thrive in a dynamic environment and continuously seek new challenges where both you and the organization can evolve.
