Project Manager for Cloud Solutions

SKOV’s ambition is to be the largest and most acknowledged supplier of climate and farm management solutions for livestock production, thereby ensuring optimum conditions for animals, people, and the environment. In our strive to ensure this, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive state of the art solutions to the market.

Your working days will be exciting, complex, and varied, and you will be in contact with many colleagues both inside and outside the project team. We are using a combination of Stage-Gate and SAFe development methodology, and you will be responsible for the entire development process after a concept has been approved. You will follow the product development process from analysis and specification, design, and development through to final participation in the test and follow-up at the customers.

SKOV is on a journey to replace its in-house Farm Management solution (running on a Windows PC) with new Farm Management solutions running in the cloud, developed, and maintained by an external partner. Your role as a Project Manager is to help SKOV product management in sourcing in these solutions, by making sure these solutions meet the requirements and expectation of SKOV product management.

To be a success we imagine that you

• are a highly results-driven person who has a proven track record as project manager from the industrial sector.
• are highly competent at managing all aspects of a project execution from start to finish.
• have experience with software development projects, and development methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, Stage-Gate, etc.
• have excellent communication skills, and you find it easy to collaborate with our English-speaking colleagues.
• Have a ‘project first approach’ and have a good amount of ‘stamina’ when the project is at stake.
