Project Manager to Hørsholm or Viborg- do you want to be a pioneer in CO2?

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of a multi-phase construction project, managing internal teams and external advisers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality infrastructure, while meeting EIA regulation and ensure high Safety standards.

Join our CO2-team consisting of twenty specialists, business developers, technicians etc. You will be referring to Program Manager Raini Urbschat. Every day you will draw on different specialist skills from your +480 competent colleagues throughout Evida.

We are looking for two project managers: One for our office in Hørsholm and one for our office in Viborg.

Responsibilities
You will be leading larger construction projects with many stakeholders, political complexity, and innovative technology. The project management task is essential, providing guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

In addition, your primary tasks will include:

• Develop project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation for each phase.
• Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and EIA requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Allocate resources effectively while maintaining project timelines and budget constraints.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality control measures and monitor and evaluate the project's environmental impact.

Your profile

Your qualifications include:

• Master’s degree (Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field).
• Proven experience (5 - 10 years) in program management or project management, preferably in the construction industry or energy domain.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in Danish – written as well as oral.

It is a plus, if you have a certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, IPMA or similar).

As a person you have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, and you adapt and act flexibly in a challenging environment.
